Production times, shipping methods, and delivery.
Merchandise is produced on demand and shipped by our production and fulfillment partners. This policy explains typical timelines and shipping details.
1. Production Time
Most made-to-order items require a production window before they ship. Production time is separate from shipping transit time.
2. Shipping Time and Carriers
Once produced, orders ship via our carriers with an estimated transit time shown at checkout or in your confirmation. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary by destination and carrier conditions.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping-related charges are calculated at checkout based on the order and destination. These charges are among the costs deducted before racer earnings are calculated (see the Profit-Share Disclosure).
4. Tracking
When available, tracking information is provided by email. You can also use the Order Tracking page.
5. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may incur reshipment costs.
6. International Shipping
Where international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
