Pricing
RaceThreadz is an annual membership with two plans. Starter ($299/year) covers 2 custom designs per year — used across shirts, hoodies, hats, mugs, stickers and more — your complete RaceThreadz storefront, product setup and mockups, secure checkout, full production, fulfillment, shipping, customer service and store management, and a 30% profit share on every order. Pro ($999/year) includes everything in Starter plus 4 custom designs per year, a 50% profit share, and the full marketing-graphics package. Additional designs are available at quote, and every design is made by real graphic artists — never AI.
It's a simple annual membership — Starter at $299/year or Pro at $999/year — billed once a year, with no separate monthly store-management charge. You can change or cancel before your renewal.
Fulfillment & Shipping
No. Products are created and fulfilled as orders are placed unless you request a separate bulk order. You never purchase or store inventory to launch your shop.
RaceThreadz and its approved production partners handle production, fulfillment, and shipping for every order placed through your store.
Absolutely. You can direct fans to your online store with QR signs and posters we provide, and you may request bulk merchandise options when available for trackside sales.
RaceThreadz handles customer-service requests according to our published return and replacement policy, so you don't have to manage returns yourself.
Earnings & Profit
Earnings vary by product, pricing, fees, refunds, taxes, and total sales. From each sale we deduct product cost, payment processing, shipping-related charges, and the RaceThreadz service share; your racer profit is then recorded in your dashboard. Exact profit-share terms are provided in your client agreement before launch. We do not guarantee any specific level of sales or income.
Designs & Artwork
Yes. Every design goes through a review-and-approval process in your dashboard. Nothing goes live on your store until you approve it.
Yes. The package includes a reasonable number of design revisions. The exact revision policy is defined in your client agreement.
Yes, provided you have permission to use the sponsor logos and marks. You'll confirm you have the rights to any logos, photos, names, and numbers you upload.
Store & Technical
Yes, depending on the setup you choose. Otherwise you'll receive a RaceThreadz-hosted shop URL such as racethreadz.com/shop/your-name.
Process & Timeline
Most stores move through onboarding, design, approval, and setup within the estimated timeline shown after signup. Timing depends on how quickly complete logos, photos, approvals, and requested revisions are provided.
Legal & Ownership
Artwork ownership and usage rights are defined in your client agreement and our Intellectual Property Policy. You confirm you have the rights to all logos, photos, names, and numbers you provide.
