Intellectual Property & Trademark Policy

Rights to logos, marks, photos, names, and numbers.
This policy describes the intellectual property rules for content used in your shop. Final ownership and license terms are set out in your Client Agreement.
1. Your Responsibility for Uploaded Content
You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use all logos, sponsor marks, photos, artwork, names, numbers, and other content you submit for use in your shop.
2. Sponsor and Third-Party Marks
Sponsor logos and other third-party trademarks may only be used with the rights holder's permission. You are responsible for securing and maintaining that permission.
3. Sanctioning Bodies, Series, and Track Marks
Names, logos, and marks of racing series, sanctioning bodies, tracks, and manufacturers may be protected. Do not submit them unless you are authorized to use them.
4. Ownership of Finished Designs
Ownership and licensing of the finished designs created by RaceThreadz, and the license you grant us to produce and sell products bearing your brand, are defined in your Client Agreement.
5. Takedown Requests
If you believe content in a shop infringes your rights, contact support@racethreadz.com with details and we will review the request.
6. Indemnification
You agree to be responsible for claims arising from content you submitted without the necessary rights, as further described in your Client Agreement.
