Design Revision Policy

How design rounds, revisions, and approvals work.
This policy explains how the design and revision process works so expectations are clear. Every package includes revision rounds on each design; the number depends on your package.
1. Initial Concepts
RaceThreadz creates initial designs based on the brand details you submit — colors, number, photos, logos, and style preferences.
2. Requesting Revisions
Each design includes revision rounds: 1 with THREADZ, 2 with THREADZ+, and 3 with THREADZ PRO. A round is one consolidated set of changes, not one change — send everything you'd like adjusted together and we'll address it in one pass. You can see how many rounds a design has left in your dashboard. Beyond the included rounds, further rework is quoted as additional design time.
3. Scope of Revisions
Revisions refine the design you commissioned. Significant new creative directions, entirely new designs beyond your package's included count, or rework requested after final approval may be quoted as additional design work.
4. Approval
Nothing goes live until you approve it in your dashboard. Approving a design confirms the artwork, text, spelling, numbers, and layout are correct.
5. Turnaround
Timelines depend on how quickly complete assets, feedback, and approvals are provided. Delays in feedback extend the launch timeline.
