Design Revision Policy

How design rounds, revisions, and approvals work.
This policy explains how the design and revision process works so expectations are clear. Revision requests are accommodated on all packages — ask for what you want changed and we'll work with you until it's right, within reason.
1. Initial Concepts
RaceThreadz creates initial designs based on the brand details you submit — colors, number, photos, logos, and style preferences.
2. Requesting Revisions
All packages include revisions on request — tell us what you'd like changed and we'll revise the design until it's right, within reason. Revision requests should be consolidated and specific so we can address them efficiently.
3. Scope of Revisions
Revisions refine the design you commissioned. Significant new creative directions, entirely new designs beyond your package's included count, or rework requested after final approval may be quoted as additional design work.
4. Approval
Nothing goes live until you approve it in your dashboard. Approving a design confirms the artwork, text, spelling, numbers, and layout are correct.
5. Turnaround
Timelines depend on how quickly complete assets, feedback, and approvals are provided. Delays in feedback extend the launch timeline.
