How design rounds, revisions, and approvals work.

This policy explains how the design and revision process works so expectations are clear. The exact number of included revision rounds is stated in your Client Agreement.

1. Initial Concepts

RaceThreadz creates initial designs based on the brand details you submit — colors, number, photos, logos, and style preferences.

2. Included Revisions

Your package includes a reasonable number of revision rounds per design. Revision requests should be consolidated and specific so we can address them efficiently.

3. Additional Revisions

Revisions beyond the included rounds, or significant new creative directions after approval, may be quoted as additional design work.

4. Approval

Nothing goes live until you approve it in your dashboard. Approving a design confirms the artwork, text, spelling, numbers, and layout are correct.

5. Turnaround

Timelines depend on how quickly complete assets, feedback, and approvals are provided. Delays in feedback extend the launch timeline.
