How returns, replacements, and refunds work for customers.

Because most items are custom-printed for each order, this policy explains when returns, replacements, and refunds are available. RaceThreadz handles these requests so racers don't have to.
1. Defective, Damaged, or Misprinted Items
If an item arrives defective, damaged, or misprinted, contact us within the stated window with photos and your order number. We will arrange a free replacement or a refund for the affected item.
2. Wrong Item or Size Received
If you receive the wrong item or size due to a fulfillment error, we will correct it at no cost to you.
3. Sizing and Buyer's-Remorse Returns
Because items are made to order, we are generally unable to accept returns for incorrect size selection or change of mind. Please review size charts before ordering. Where a replacement is offered as a courtesy, additional product and shipping costs may apply.
4. How to Start a Request
Contact info@racethreadz.com with your order number and a description of the issue. You can also start from the Support page.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.
6. Order Cancellations
Because production can begin quickly, cancellation may not be possible once an item enters production. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change an order.
