This Racer Client Agreement ("Agreement") describes the working relationship between you (the "Racer Client") and RaceThreadz for the design, setup, launch, and ongoing operation of your merchandise shop. A final signed version is provided before launch.
1. Services Provided
RaceThreadz will provide the design, storefront setup, product configuration, mockups, checkout, production and fulfillment setup, shipping management, customer service, and launch/marketing graphics described in your selected package.
2. Racer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate brand details, colors, numbers, photos, and logos.
- Confirm you hold the rights to all materials you submit (see the Intellectual Property & Trademark Policy).
- Review and approve designs within a reasonable time.
- Promote your shop link using the provided graphics.
3. Design Approval
No product goes live on your store until you approve it. Revisions are handled per the Design Revision Policy.
4. Fees and Earnings
The launch fee and how racer earnings are calculated (including which costs are deducted from each sale) are described in the Profit-Share Disclosure and Payout Policy, which are incorporated into this Agreement.
5. No Income Guarantee
RaceThreadz does not guarantee any specific level of sales, earnings, or income. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your promotion and audience.
6. Term and Termination
Either party may end the ongoing shop relationship as described in the signed Agreement. Certain terms (such as intellectual property and confidentiality provisions) survive termination.
7. Independent Relationship
The parties are independent. This Agreement does not create a partnership, employment, or agency relationship.
