1. Services Provided

RaceThreadz will provide the design, storefront setup, product configuration, mockups, checkout, production and fulfillment setup, shipping management, customer service, and launch/marketing graphics described in your selected package.

2. Racer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate brand details, colors, numbers, photos, and logos.
• Confirm you hold the rights to all materials you submit (see the Intellectual Property & Trademark Policy).
• Review and approve designs within a reasonable time.
• Promote your shop link using the provided graphics.
• Keep your Team & Crew discount code private. It exists so your crew, family, and team can order at a discount, and it is unique to your shop. Posting or sharing it publicly — on social media, in a group, on a livestream, or anywhere the general public can see it — is a breach of this Agreement. RaceThreadz may disable the code, charge back the discount on public-code orders against your earnings, or suspend the code privilege.

3. Design Approval

No product goes live on your store until you approve it. Revisions are handled per the Design Revision Policy.

4. Fees and Earnings

The launch fee and how racer earnings are calculated (including which costs are deducted from each sale) are described in the Profit-Share Disclosure and Payout Policy, which are incorporated into this Agreement.

5. No Income Guarantee

RaceThreadz does not guarantee any specific level of sales, earnings, or income. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your promotion and audience.

6. Term and Termination

Either party may end the ongoing shop relationship as described in the signed Agreement. Certain terms (such as intellectual property and confidentiality provisions) survive termination.

7. Independent Relationship

The parties are independent. This Agreement does not create a partnership, employment, or agency relationship.

8. Ambassador Program

RaceThreadz may invite a racer to become an Ambassador and issue them a referral link. When a new client who did not previously have a RaceThreadz shop signs up through that link (or names the Ambassador in the application) and their membership payment clears, the Ambassador earns a one-time referral bounty of $100 for a Rookie membership, $200 for Intermediate, or $300 for Pro. The bounty is paid once per referred client; membership renewals and package upgrades do not earn an additional bounty.

Beginning on the first anniversary of the referred client's membership payment, and for as long as that client remains a paying member, the Ambassador also earns 10% of the net profit on the referred client's merchandise orders (benefit items excluded). This commission is deducted from the RaceThreadz share and never reduces the referred client's own profit share.

Bounties and commissions accrue to the Ambassador's payout account and are paid under the Payout Policy. Self-referrals, referrals of existing clients, and referrals obtained through misleading claims do not qualify, and RaceThreadz may end an Ambassador's participation or withhold unearned amounts in cases of abuse.
