Acceptable Use Policy

Content and conduct that is not allowed.

This policy describes content and conduct that are not permitted when using the Services. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate it.

1. Prohibited Content

  • Content you do not have the rights to use.
  • Hateful, harassing, or discriminatory content.
  • Sexually explicit material or content harmful to minors.
  • Content that promotes violence or illegal activity.
  • Deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading content.

2. Prohibited Conduct

  • Attempting to disrupt, hack, or overload the Services.
  • Circumventing security or access controls.
  • Using the Services to send spam or unlawful communications.
  • Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation.
  • Publicly posting or sharing a racer's private Team & Crew discount code (for example on social media), or using one you were not privately given by that racer.

3. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take action, including removing content, suspending shops, or terminating accounts.

4. Reporting

Report suspected violations to support@racethreadz.com.
